All AFTER HOURS products come with our consumer guarantee/warranty against faulty workmanship.   Please choose products carefully, even if a product is unused and still in its packaging, for health and safety reasons we are unable to refund or replace a product due to a change of mind.  If you feel  a product is faulty, the following are a few self help solutions that may be of help prior to contacting us:-

Should the above prove to be unsuccessful please either email or call us for further assistance.  If AFTER HOURS is unable to resolve your problem from this consultation  we will ask you to return the product to us so we can establish exactly what the issue is.  All returns should be sent to:-

Please ensure you provide proof of purchase and check that your product is within the warranty period which is 30 days, or 12 months for We-Vibe Sync.
Upon receipt of your returned product our specialists will test your toy to establish what the problem is.  If your toy is deemed to be manufacturally defective you will be issued a replacement.  If that item is no longer available we will replace the item with another product of your choice to the same value, or offer a refund.  AFTER HOURS will courier the replacement item to you free of charge.
