Postage and Packaging

Here at AFTER HOURS, assuming the products you have ordered are in stock, we aim to get your order processed and on it's journey to you by the next working day after your payment has cleared.   In the event that any items are out of stock, we will let you know immediately and provide you with an estimated date of delivery of when we expect the item to be back in stock.  If you are happy to wait for the item we will backorder your item and post it to you as soon as stocks are replenished, or there are other options -  you may choose an alternative item of the same value and/or pay the difference if the item is of greater value, or we are happy to refund.

New Zealand Nationwide Delivery

AFTER HOURS offers a 2 to 3 day Courier Service to New Zealand main centres once payment for your order has been received.  Please note whilst we will do our utmost to ensure you receive your order within the timeframe we stipulate, certain things can occasionally  affect how long it will take to receive your order - such as unexpected courier delays due to weather and breakdowns. Courier  pick ups and deliveries are made Monday to Friday only so please allow an extra 2-3 working days if you place your order on a Friday or over a weekend.  For Rural Delivery and outlying areas please allow up to an extra 2 - 3 working days for delivery.  Depending on the size of your order all orders are packaged in either a plain, sturdy courier bag or carton with bubble wrap protection where necessary.  Orders are detailed with our return address only, for in the event that a parcel should not reach it's destination successfully.  We never include our Company name, logo or any other form of advertising on order packaging, so your privacy is assured.

Payment by Cheque - please note if you use this method of payment there is a cheque clearance time of delay of 10 days from the date AFTER HOURS receives your order and cheque to when your order will be sent out.  Please allow for this time delay when expecting your order to arrive.  Please send cheques to:-
