After Hours Parties pride themselves on their outstanding parties, affordable prices and generous Host incentives.  Having an After Hours Party is a great way to celebrate just about any occasion – Birthdays, Hen’s Nights, Anniversaries, Engagements, Girls Nights, Couples Nights and work place get togethers to name but a few!

The Presentation

After Hours Parties presentations are classy, fun, relaxed and informative.  An After Hours Parties Representative will present your Party and explain what our products are, how they are best used, and what sort of gal, guy or couple each product suits best.  Guests are welcome to ask questions and handle the toys during the 45-minute presentation.  In a private room after the presentation guests have the opportunity to purchase and take home their goods on the night.  All purchases go into a thick paper bag, which is named and stapled for privacy.

We carry full Eftpos, Credit Card, Cash and Cheque facilities.

Discount System and Hostess Gift

After Hours Parties offers FANTASTIC Host incentives and gifts.  When Guest sales reach $400.00*  the Host of the party will receive 10% of the guest sale total as discount off their own order.  For example when guest sales reach $400.00 the party Host will receive a $40.00 discount off their own order and so on.

How many people should I invite to my Party?

We recommend that you have a minimum of ten really keen people at your party (the more the better!).  This helps ensure party sales reach the bonus target figure of $400.00*, which means you will benefit from our Host Discount.

What do I need to provide for the Party?

·         A well planned party with a minimum of 10 keen guests.

·         A dining size table for display located in presentation room (we bring a table cloth)

·         A private room for purchasing, preferably with a phone jack for Eftpos.

·         A car park as close to the venue as possible, and help with bags is appreciated.

·         A smoke free environment.

Am I required to pay a booking fee?

A well organised Party that has a minimum of 10 keen guests present usually enables After Hours to do what we love  most – offering our wonderful Hostess discounts.  It is not very often After Hours Parties has to charge a Party Bond, but in the event that party sales do not reach $400.00* a Bond $50.00* is payable on the party night which is the responsibility of the party Host.  It is recommended to concerned hosts that they charge their guests a small door entry fee that can be returned at the end of the night when sales reach target. Party Consultants are paid on a Commission basis and Bonds are put in place to cover the Party Consultant's time and travel expenses.
