Host an After Hours Party - Info

After Hours Parties pride themselves on their outstanding parties, affordable prices and generous Host/Hostess incentives.  Having an After Hours Party is a great way to celebrate just about any occasion - Birthdays, Hen's Nights, Anniversaries, Engagements, Girls Nights, Couples Nights and work place get togethers.
The Presentation
After Hours Parties presentations are fun and informative.  We explain what our products are, how they are best used, and what sort of gal, guy or couple each product suits best.  People are welcome to ask questions and handle the toys during the presentation.  In a private room after the presentation guests have the opportunity to buy and take home their goods on the night.   All purchases go into a thick paper bag, which is named and stapled for privacy.
Payment methods
We carry full Eftpos, Credit Card, Cash and Cheque facilities.
Bonus System
Hosting a party is an excellent way to get great discounts.  When Guest Sales reach $400.00 and over, the party Hostess will receive 10% of the total guest sale figure as discount off her own toy order*.  Please note that this discount is redeemable on toys only, not lingerie.  *Please note Hostess Incentives may be subject to change from time to time.
What do I need to provide for the Party?
    A well organised party with a minimum of ten really keen people
    A dining size table.
    A private room for sales, preferably with a phone jack and power point for Eftpos.
    A park as close to the venue as possible, and help with bags is always greatly appreciated.
    A smoke free environment is essential.
    In order to achieve a timely, fun and informative party, Presenter friendly noise levels are appreciated.
Am I required to pay a booking fee?
A Bond of $50.00 is payable in the unlikely event when party sales do not reach $400.00.  This is the responsibility of the Hostess and is payable on the night of the party at the discretion of After Hours Parties.
Party cancellations and date changes
A cancellation fee of $50.00 is payable if a party is cancelled within 14 days of the party date.  However if you postpone your party to another date giving 14 days notice this fee will be waived at the discretion of After Hours Parties.
Hostess Responsibilities
Any damage or theft to the property of After Hours is the responsibility of the Hostess, and After Hours reserves the right to charge the Hostess for such and any collection fees if applicable.
